The Woven Free Roadmap

PHASE 1 — THE AWAKENING

You can’t break a cycle you can’t see. This phase brings truth to the surface — with compassion, clarity, and zero self-shame.

 

Module 1: Awaken the Cycle Breaker Within
  • Explore moments of awakening — when life, loss, or restlessness stirs the feeling that "there’s got to be more to me or life than this"
  • Bring awareness to the patterns, beliefs, and behaviours quietly running your life (e.g., people-pleasing, perfectionism, being triggered, overachieving, self-doubt)
  • Learn how family dynamics, conditioning, and the need for safety have shaped parts of self and your identity
  • Be gently guided to meet these parts of yourself — especially your inner child — with compassion and understanding
  • Find tools to create inner safety and stability as old ways of being start to soften
  • Loosen the grip of who you had to be and reconnect with your authentic self
  • Begin your journey home — moving from autopilot living to awareness, truth, and self-trust
Module 2: Heal the Survival Self
  • Before we rise, we stabilise — create a foundation of safety within the body
  • Learn how your nervous system has shaped your voice, identity, and relationships
  • Begin to rewire safety from the inside out, so change feels grounded and lasting
  • Use gentle somatic practices and reparenting tools to calm survival patterns — such as fawn, freeze, perfectionism, and people-pleasing
  • Bring compassion to the parts of you that learned to survive by staying small or quiet
  • Shift from “thinking” your healing to feeling it — no longer healing from your head, but through your body

 

PHASE 2 — THE SHEDDING

This is where you stop carrying what was never yours. The layers fall away. The truth gets louder. The liberation begins.

 

Module 3: Free Shadows
  • Reclaim the parts of you that were told are “too much,” “not enough,” or “unacceptable”
  • Meet your shadow with honesty and compassion, learning to integrate suppressed emotions — such as anger, sadness, jealousy, desire — so they no longer control you
  • Experience gentle inner child + shadow work healing without re-traumatising
  • Transform what you once hid into personal power and authenticity

 

Module 4: Release Good Girl Conditioning
  • Begin dissolving the old identity and masks shaped by people-pleasing, over-functioning, and self-abandonment
  • Unravel the beliefs, behaviours, and rules that kept you small, “liked,” and 'good'
  • Learn to honour your needs, set boundaries, and speak your truth
  • Step into self-ownership and embrace your full authenticity

PHASE 3 — THE REWEAVING

Now that you are no longer coded for survival or silence — you reweave into the woman you were born to be.

 

Module 5: Reclaim the Voice You Silenced
  • Give voice to the parts of you that learned to stay quiet, agreeable, or “easy to love”

  • Learn to speak with clarity, self-respect, and grounded confidence — without collapsing, people-pleasing, or over-explaining

  • Build the inner safety to express needs, desires, boundaries, and opinions — even when it feels new and uncomfortable 

  • Practice embodied communication tools to express your truth in everyday life

  • Shift from self-abandonment in conversations to self-honouring expression 

Module 6: Live as the Cycle Weaver
  • Integrate the work so your transformation becomes your new normal

  • Create new generational patterns grounded in truth, safety, self-worth, and emotional freedom

  • Establish rituals, embodiment practices, and self-led tools that keep you anchored in your growth

  • Step into the identity of a woman who leads her life intentionally and unapologetically, modelling a new way for her lineage or future generations
